The Frontera, Spain wedding of bride Sarah and groom Chris
The Capri Gown by Bo & Luca.
Why the Capri Gown? It was one of the first gowns that felt like I’d wear it regardless of a ‘wedding’. I still felt like me; not trussed up and pinched in.

Favourite Wedding Moment
One of our close friends read an extract from Philip Pullman’s Amber Spyglass. I knew it was coming and we both really love the piece. But goodness it really got me.
"I will love you forever; whatever happens. Till I die and after I die,and when I find my way out of the land of the dead,I’ll drift about forever, all my atoms, till I find you again…I’ll be looking for you, every moment, every single moment. And when we do find each other again, we’ll cling together so tight that nothing and no one’ll ever tear us apart. Every atom of me and every atom of you…We’ll live in the birds and flowers and dragon flies and pine trees and in clouds and in those little specks of light you see floating in sunbeams…And when they use our atoms to make new lives, they won’t just be able to take one, they’ll have to take two, one of you and one of me, we’ll be joined so tight."
When we were pronounced husband and wife the Casa’s resident black cat came and wound herself around our legs. Hopefully that was a good omen!
ANY TIPS FOR OUR FUTURE BRIDES?
Be strong, independent women. Make your choices. Stand by them. People may have an opinion about your day, or the way they see your celebration. But you and your partners opinions are the only ones that matter.
